is a new locally owned fast casual salad restaurant bringing health and affordable food options to Atlanta. Owner and Founder David Morse is an Atlanta native who noticed while working in New York that one of the trendy healthy options was a salad luncheon choice in place of other options. He now wanted to bring this concept to the Atlanta eating scene . Culinary Director/Founder Chef Randy Lewis who had experience, while serving as executive wine chef with Kendall Jackson California, with using fresh produce from the extensive gardens surrounding the winery mansion. One of his successful endeavors, while there, was to prepare an entire meal using the famous Heirloom tomatoes from the Kendall Jackson gardens, from appetizers to dessert, at a James Beard event in New York. He will use locally grown Georgia vegetables to sustain this farm fresh concept to this area.
